Isisbyisis is an existing self-made, fashion brand made for women. The owner was born in SP and raised in Curitiba, but her inspirations are global. Its purpose includes creating a community of self-conscious women, who are accountable for their lives and understand the value they possess and the differences they can make in the world by supporting sustainable and meaningful businesses.
The goal is to reposition itself within the market, reaffirm its online position, as well as to add value to the products.

BEMORE TRAINING
Bemore training's owner entered the cryptocurrency exchange market autonomously. The crypto management bureau was established in Estonia and became present in more than 105 countries in less than two years. The existing business itself displays a far-reaching opportunity that offers gains significantly above the competition. Yet, due to the disruptive business model, the business faces criticism by outsiders.
She had difficulties in visualising potential opportunities, even though the strengths and corporative differentials were enormous. We worked on plans to expand the business digitally, a way that hadn't been thought of previously by none of the agents.

Fulle hotel is a luxury residence for elders who want to have an enjoyable lifestyle that values comfort, health, integration with nature, and extracurricular activities on the palm of one's hand.
The purpose is to select and nurture a community, which will be introduced by the business plan. The plan covers a thorough market study, which will help decide details from offered features to the environment decoration.

NAVU
Parisian-based Navu is a startup that primarily aims at pedagogically and financially assisting a small, local community in Mexico (San Cristobal de las Casas) which has very limited access to education.
The means to achieving the goal are to launch fashion collection drops, produced by the local community itself. Navu is in the early-stages and requiring assistance regarding market research, brand positioning, value aggregation, and creating the business model itself.
